someone is smoking some serious dope lol unsigned is 25 bucks hard cover 10 bucks kindle edition. I can see maybe 100 for it being its signed but not no thousand bucks.

Elmer Keith's signature and a dedication to some stranger I don't know adds no value as far as I'm concerned.  It is a keepsake for the person it's dedicated to.   The book is in poor condition also.   
I have a copy that is in much better condition and only paid $7.00 at a thrift store.
