Just an interesting note. In the movie- The Outlaw Josey Wales,  in the scene where Terrell fires a 60 army at Jamie, notice where the revolver is fired from in relation to Fletchers frggin head?!  He does nt  even flinch!  Can you imagine having someone fire a blackpowder .44 revolver right next to your melon like that?!
That's because the Walker was chambered in .38 Sp. shooting stage blanks with squib loads.

Found a fun show- Larry McMurtry s   Dead Man s  Walk.  A mini series from the 90 s.

Set in Texas and Mexico in 1842 (as it states)  Big Foot Wallace s  TX Rangers are duking it out with the Indians and , , the Mexicans?  Lot of old guns.  This Ranger group is outfitted with flintlock and percussion pistols, rifles/muskets. including Pattersons , , and at least one Walker. ,  in 1842?  Oh well.

A pearl-handled one-piece grip? That would be something to see made. On a Remmy or R&S I could see it, but...oh well. That's Hollyweird. And plastics.

Yeah, generically speaking, pearl.  Back in the day, more like bone.

What about the Walker carbine job?!?  Too much!

Are you talking about the Colt ring lever rifle? That came before the Paterson. And are you referring to the Walker with a shoulder stock or a Colt revolving rifle?

This thing looked like a Walker with a rifle stock and a 22 in barrel.  Maybe you can see a clip of it on YouTube.  The show is called- Dead Mans Walk.

In The Hateful Eight, a bad dude hides an ivory handled small revolver underneath a table (hangs it on a nail?)  Later a camera angle shows a Ivory handled Walker under a table in which another bad dude takes in trying to dispatch someone.  Doesn t  go well for him though.

So, it looks like a ivory handled derringer gained about 4 lbs.

9 shot. The Quick and the dead, Last Stand at saber river. Cold mountain and some others and in the TV show Johnny Ringo, Johnny carried one but I think it was a mock up, seems like I remember him loading it like a break top S&W.
