People suing for reparations or making demands upon society to compensate for wrongs, real or imaginary, that were visited upon several generations of ancestry, when these people have lived cushy lives since birth. All part of the "gimme" generation.
History is what it is. You can't change it by re-writing it the way you want it to be. Otherwise it's teachings will be invalid and fall on deaf ears.
And folks like this bimbo have already re-written the war between the states to be about slavery, when the real issue was about states' rights to choose the way they wished to be governed, and not have government dictated to them. So they have already successfully succeeded in half their mission already by clouding the issue as to the whole reason for the conflict in the first place.
While the slavery issue did become a hot-button, it was not the reason for Fort Sumter. Never forget that.
