Hi, shooting a Paterson. First photo shows the loading table. Second photo is the first four shots from 25yds. The third photo is a glamor shot of the Paterson enjoying all the attention.

Regards,
Richard

Hi Emery, don't underestimate the appreciation for photos of your original guns. I prefer looking at photos of originals much more than pristine replicas. Get your camera a-clicking.

Regards,
Richard

I agree with Richard. Your guns are just as fabulous as any "pristine" ones Em. Keep em' comin!

Richard, every time I see your Paterson, I spend an inordinate amount of time looking at it. It's still my "grail" gun. I will have one.

Here are some shots of my ROA. It came with Pachmayr grips (comfy, but butt-ugly!) so cobbled together a set of walnut grips

I love those, even though they are not "HC". If they weren't so stupid-expensive I'd probably have one. Thanks for posting!

I agree, Richard and Fingers have some pristine guns. Mine are not that nice, having been used. While I do take great care, they sometimes get a "character" mark..

Just to show that not all of mine are pristine.  With the exception of the sharps 4 barrel derringer, here are a couple of my SASS main match. guns.  Pair of Uberti 1861 Navies; Pair of 2nd Gen 1851 Navies; Pair of Uberti Man-With-No-Name conversions; and a pair of Pair of Pietta 1860 Sheriffs models.  All of which wear American Holly Grips

Very nice! I looked into getting some American Holly, but it was hard to find in grip-size blanks, unless they were glued-up pieces. Also pricey in the larger pieces.

Hi Fingers, that's one nice looking group. Did you make the Holly grips yourself?

Regards,
Richard

I love that shotgun Richard. It's nice to revisit it here.

I miss the days when you were completing a new kit gun once a week. I was living vicariously through your endeavors!
