Yeah, it ended quite well but it was worrisome for a while.

I have a friend who had a section of his bowel removed due to diverticulitis. Also a co-worker who died on the operating table due to complications of that same surgery.

Today we have an "Alert" day, snow through the night. Lordy, how did I make it this far without having those alerts in my early years? Hey, it was winter in Wisconsin, you adapted. Never bad weather, just inappropriate clothing! (7+"

Finished the last of 6 custom knife sheaths today. Up next is a 12 gauge bandolero for a customer from my old home town. The big holster order is in (40), but the shop is moving (i get to help...ohhhh boy) so that order has can wait for a while.

Meanwhile.......the wife wanted to get some steel water troughs....so we did that yesterday. Nothing too big.....2 ea 5X2X2. It's getting close to planting time for spring veggies. All I need to do is drill some holes in the bottoms, she's gonna do the rest.

I'm going to take out the gauge panel in the El Camino tomorrow to find a rattle and run some wires for stereo stuff. Something is coming loose from the rebuild and I want to catch it before anything drastic happens. Besides, it's driving me crazy.

Those water tanks make great raised beds for gardening. We re-purposed one that had the bottom sprung out due to freezing water in it. I was going to put some "filler" in it, like gravel, etc., but the guy was already here with dirt so just filled it. It was here when I bought the place; previous owners had a horse.

Changed to Continental Terrain Contact A/T tires, which are better for the kind of driving we do. Also added N-Fab nerf bars with steps to make it easier for the aged and crazy mother-in-law to get into the truck.

I sure hope so. Got holes drilled in the bottoms, primed and sealed with bedliner today.

The good news is the rattle in the El Camino was just the metal strap holding the back of the radio. The screw came loose. Easy fix
