I used to fish Largemouth but here in Colorado they are neither plentiful nor popular.    I fixed that for me by stocking the little gravel pit on the property where my partner and I ran our business.   I raised and caught some pretty good bass by Colorado standards.   There is a high altitude strain of Largemouths that grow pretty well here.  Sadly we sold the business and the property in 2000,  I loved using buzzbaits and jitterbugs in the evenings.   Fun to watch a nice one miss a couple times before hitting the bait.

Yep, I'll do bass any day of the week, but not crazy-nuts about fishing. I sure do enjoy it though!

Nothing wrong with a little fishing out of a good bass boat!
