My Prissy Little Bitch
« on: August 08, 2013, 07:38:21 PM »
Here's a pic of my first "real" street bike; my 1981 Yamaha Seca550 four. Bone-stock except for the Gemini four-into-one exhaust, I bought this used from my brother about fifteen years ago and brought it back from the dead.
A real head-turner!
She is a prissy little bitch, and she makes the decision whether or not we go riding, not me.

But when we do go, what a scream!

My son and the Seca after a lengthy spin:

Nice, um...."rear end"

A few more random shots:

Talk about your retro Eighties!
I love this bike despite it's faults.

Bikes have changed a lot since then.  My first street machine was a brand new 1982 Honda CB650.  I rode it everywhere for 4 years,  even on snowy days.  Had others but liked the 650 best.  Wish I had a bike now.  I sold all of mine a few years ago.

Buy another one. Craigslist is full of them, especially this time of year.
