Remington 1858 carbine

Hi, this is my modified 1858 Remington carbine. It is an Uberti that was modified to use Pietta 1858 cylinders. It also has the Howell cylinder quick release device. I use this carbine mostly with .45 Colt conversion cylinders to eliminate cap parts in the face when shooting:

That's the one thing that's kept me away from one of those...cap frags.
