Not the High Standard G&G, but....

....I got this Pietta G&G coming. It is lightly used and price was fair with free shipping.

I don't care for the light colored grips either, so I will be stripping them and staining with my home-made walnut dye once I have the gun in hand. This will be my 2nd brasser.....me who often said he wouldn't want a brass framed gun!  L@J

I saw that one too Mazo.    I would have bought it but I saw you beat me to it by about a half hour.    Good deals don't last long on that forum.     This one looks a little nicer than the one I have.

Are you sure that's not a High Standard, it's marked like one. I've never seen a Pietta with grips that light and it doesn't have the grip profile of a Pietta new or old.

I agree, sure looks like a High Standard.

 :-[ Of course you are right..... I mistakenly posted the pictures of the gun I wanted that was on auction. L@J The one I have coming IS a Pietta, supposed to have been made in 2016:
