Define "modern"! Any Colt firing a cartridge? Here is my latest Colt; a Cobra with 2-1/2" barrel, along with a left hand holster I modified to fit it.

This is 38 Spl.....357 Mag would HURT to shoot as it is a light, alloy frame.

I've let two go, a Detective Special 2 inch was a great carry gun but I traded it for a Suzuki RM 80 for one of the kids and a nickel Colt Diamondback 4 inch tack driver traded it for a spotless M1 Garand.

Diamondback is a sweet gun!
Never fired one but handled several at the gunshop I used to work PT at. Action like a hot knife through butter!  *?.

Over the years I have had two Diamondbacks, one blue and one nickle. Good shooters. I had 3 Official Police .38s and sold all of them to friends.

Hi colts, one gives guns to friends and sell them to strangers. Can I be your friend?  ;) ;) ;)

I'll tell ya, I would like to have one of them Colt Pythons in .357mag. It can be Blued or SS. One in maybe 4"barrel. But, for me...I have been looking around and the prices are just too high for me.  :-[
