Beef tenderloin

Rubbed with salt, pepper, and a little granulated garlic, wrapped in bacon and vacuum packed.

Into my new stock pot and cooked sous-vide to 125 degrees. Then seared on the grill till 130 internal.










Portabella mushrooms and asparagus, and my new stock pot.
