My wife made pan-fried venison steak with sautéed fresh Morel mushrooms tonight. Just doesn't get much better than that! Tender and flavorful. The Morels are just starting to come in now.

Sure! We have some Morels left and more to come. I'm thinking of dehydrating some for future use.
