Would this be a G&G
« on: November 06, 2020, 06:56:27 PM »
This is in a local auction but i just don't know much about these. Any info you can provide would be of help. It looks to be an Uberti  made in 1973 if I'm right.

Thanks mike116
I won't be able to see this first hand until Monday or Tuesday then I can check for any rust and pitting. But I was wondering what might be a good price for this any ideas?

Here's a couple that have sold on GunBroker.    One is a G&G  and one is a 1851 Navy but they are comparable guns.

Looks like the older brass frame guns aren't bringing much compared to everything else.

If those pictures are the actual gun, it appears to be in decent condition.

Well, just to be "picky" here, the first one is a .44; G&G's were .36. The second one is a Schneider & Glassick.

Jim

The second one isn't even a Schneider & Glassick because it has an engraved cylinder. :P
