Not anymore Toot. Unfortunately Mazo passed on year before last. He is dearly missed around here.
And now it looks like his Flickr account has finally expired too, taking all of his wonderful photos with it. This makes me very sad.
Question: If we stop using Flikr, Sh*tbucket and such, and load pics from our own computers, would such pics out-live us on the forum :End Q
Most likely, yes.
We are not sure of the reason Mazo's photos disappeared. It might be because his account lapsed, however it might also be they were lost along with hundreds of other photos during the "Great Reset" when our forum crashed a while back.
The reason I chose an online photo storage option is that I have thousands of photos stored there, and those would slow my computer down considerably if stored in the hard drive. That, and the fact that if your computer crashes, so go the photos stored there.
