Here's one from Labor Day, suggested by my wife. A meal pack. This one uses the rolls of vacuum pack bags. I cut off a long bag, seal it in the middle twice with a strip between the seals. Then I can fill one side, seal it, then fill the other side and seal that side. This one is a smoked chicken thigh and pasta salad. You can cut the two sides apart and just use one side. Or you can dump the pasta salad in a bowl and microwave the chicken.
I've also been baking a lot of bread recently. This one is Honey-Oatmeal bread...
And this one is Schiacciata, an Italian flatbread, sort of like Focaccia, but less olive oil, and very chewy.
