 Just curious is the only difference the round barrel.
I understand the G&G were 36 cal also.
Thinking Pietta here.

AR, Howdy my friend. I don't personally own one of the Griswold and Gunnison revolvers. Here's a link to a .36 cal G & G below. Thinking of buying? Neat lookin' revolver I think. I like the rounded barrel myself.  :-*

I’m not going to be buying much for a while.
Just wondering the differences.
Was wondering if I could convert my brasser to a somewhat correct replica?

Pietta G&G will be brass framed, round barrel and no cylinder scene. They are made in both .36 and .44 caliber. The .36 is the historically accurate chambering. The .44 is a fantasy gun.

Yes, you should be able to turn the barrel round and replicate. I believe the barrels are also tapered. They pop up on GB all the time...don't know if I would invest the time in making one when you can just buy one.
