 When the ratchet teeth had to be moved to "between the chambers" instead of  "the mid. of the chambers" (cap gun setup) it took a 2 fingered hand  - 1st to start, 2nd to finish.  The first hand design for the conversions had a moving top that followed the ratchet tooth in an arch. Needless to say, the 2 fingered hand saved the day!!
