Here are the original Pettifogger "How To" pages in PDF format. They are a good read with lots of pictures. Hopefully these help explain some of the things we do to tune up our guns.

These are great tutorials. I've used Pettifogger's methods many times. He even tells a way to correct the pre-2015 Pietta trumpet grip shape. The new ones have a different shape so that isn't relevant to the newer ones. Thanks for posting the links, Dave.

I added one more article to the list. This one is Petifogger's instructions on how to install a cap rake.
