Tomahawks

Ran into a chance to pick up three prime-grade tomahawks (2.25 lbs., 2.5 lbs., 3.0 lbs.)

Not sure what I'm doing with them at the moment. I packed them for the freezer right now, since the doctor put me on major antibiotics and a "light" diet for issues with my workins' (as my grandfather would have put it.)

I've never cooked one of these, so I have to figure out how, when, and where to use them.

That look like Ribeye steaks with the tail end of the bone still on. A prime rib sliced up if you will. I know how I'd cook that. Just like any other high quality Ribeye!
