Early on as a school boy I had some contact with the History Department’s explanatory lectures (BA history, MA history). I’ve heard a lot of good ones and Beliveau deserves high academic marks for this on the 1860. His vid on the 1851’s development is high grade too.
Apparently, since the physical Duelist’s Den got shut down pending litigation he’s taken to hanging a tarp for backdrop and delivering some really credible talks on firearm history and development. Like the rest of us he’s imperfect but taking the long view the guy is a real asset and does very useful work.
Is a .36 really up to serious antipersonnel work? Mike touches on that and after having put that possum on the table here - I’m headed for the door.
