Midwest reloads.

! Midwest Reloads!  Has percussion caps in stock. A great variety.

I’m going to continue making my own, because of the time I’ve put in it and the money I’ll save.

I've never heard of Midwest Reloads.    Went to their website,   They only accept payment from Zelle, Cash app, Or PayPal, and you have to contact them by chat or email for payment information and processing.
Really!  no credit cards?   PayPal doesn't allow firearm, ammo, or powder purchases.     Something doesn't feel right to me.

Has anyone done business with them before?

No.
And for what it's worth, Powder Valley has RWS caps IN STOCK as of right now:

Done plenty of biz with them and they are a trusted source.

Mike,
I bet you are right about your guess of them being shisteres.  I never heard of them before.  I don’t think I would have missed a dealer

Yes,  Powder Valley is legit.   I looked at buying 500 from them but haven't pulled the trigger.
