Electric Miner,
Wow,what a great looking dinner. That reverse searing is new to me but sounds
like a great idea. I had dinner at my daughters and besides a deep fried turkey they also
had smoked pheasant. My son and a good friend of his harvested 6 the day before,so my
son-in-law smoked them. They were just a tad dry but the taste was outstanding.
Overall a great dinner with most of the family. One grand-daughter stationed in Florida with
the Navy,will be home for Christmas. $&\?$

Rest assured friend. I still have them. I have every revolver I have ever bought.I sell some
of my modern guns and b/p rifles but revolvers remain the same.
Thanks for sending me here.....Looks just as friendly as 1858 with a lot of the same folks.

much since I don't know much.
