Yeah it is great news. I was a little concerned about it but it was all for naught. Now I have the CT scan to deal with. I'm not too worried because I know what they're going to find. I just hope they don't want to do another biopsy. There's always that chance tho, so yeah it's a little worrisome.

This morning a nasty thunder storm rolled on through. Lots of rain, thunder and lightning. One of the last ones was a very bright flash and near-instantaneous thunder clap...I mean LOUD!!. We think lightning struck near our hill top or very close as the thunder rattled the house. It cleared up shortly after that, but supposed to have another system come through this evening with high wind and possible hail.

Yep, we like storms too, but not nasty wind. We are pretty snug in our old stone house, don't even worry much about power outages anymore.

Where I'm at, we still have power outages regularly. Had one Tuesday morning.

What I meant when I said we don't worry about power outages is that we have an automatic stand-by generator. We still get outages even after a few powerline upgrades.

Our local grid was put into underground cables two yrs ago, but we still get some outages. Have a 6.5 kW diesel generator, but not auto like yours. Have to roll it out of doors (and start up by battery/starter motor).
