VERY nice, Pustic!
Thank you sourdough, I'm happy with it. It was either that or an import made in the Philippines. So I spent a few dollars more and got a gun that's much better.   (*3

Prettier definitely. Better? Nah. I'll put my Rock Island up against anybodies.
I didn't know Rock Island is made in the Philippines.  ($!

They are but they have a service center in Nevada where they do warranty work and gunsmithing. They have a lifetime warranty for the life of the gun btw, no matter who originally bought it. I've had mine for about eight years and have had no issues or failures of any kind.

Finishing up 3 knife sheaths with 3 more to go. 4 tobacco "estate" pipes halfway through restoration.....hope to have most of those finished today. Trying to keep the shelves full for the post-Christmas snow bird crowd. Although it's not firearms, it's still a lot of fun.

When you get your project done, how about a picture when you display them in your store.

Hi Point also has a lifetime warranty, transferable lifetime warranty.

People that have Hi Points praise them. People that don't or have never shot one berate them. It's the same way with Rock Islands.

Split most of the last delivery of wood, filled bird feeders, started fire in wood stove. Sold the mother-in-law to passing gypsies. Charged them again when they brought her back...
