Was just invited to come and check out the place. Thanks Cap'n.

I'll be reading and catching up with the topics over the next few days.

Looking forward to what sounds like a great place.

Colorado is just a couple miles West of Cailfornia compared to Eastern PA.  Out West here we're used to wide areas between civilized towns.

They don't allow us Californians in just anywhere...  )lI

I'm south of Riverside in Riverside County, about an hour north of San Diego.

In Menifee, (used to be called Sun City before we became a real City) about 20 minutes north of Temecula, about 5 minutes west of Hemet.

Howdy Neighbor!!!

My parents used to live in the Golden Village RV park when they retired. Did the RV thing for about 12 years until they couldn't do it any more.
It looks like we travel some of the same roads!

That is a catchy title ther Rigmarol )k* I have a friend in the Northern part, Yuba City. Met him at a Pacific Primative rendezvous and we hit it off real well.

Here is hoping you will soon add a few pics and ifo on this forum about your guns and particular interest.

Not sure what you meant by "catchy title" LOL.

I'm still getting to know the place and I"m sure I'll start posting more pictures and info soon. Just getting a feel for the place.

Ah. Sorry, I was taking "Title" as meaning the "Subject" of the post and got all confused. (It really don't take much...)

"Rigmarol" is the handle I picked way back in the early 80's when I was using a 300 baud modem over a phone line to contact BBS systems or Bulletin Boards. (I've been in computers professionally for over 2 decades)

At the time, you were limited to only 8 characters as a standard for usernames.

I was trying to pick a cool name and they all seemed to be used by someone else so out of frustration I grabbed one of the two Volumes of my desk dictionary and randomly opened it and had my 2 year old (at the time) point anywhere on the page.

It was "Rigmarole" (with an "e") I was also surprised to see it was an actual word.  However, it was 9 characters long.

I liked it so I just dropped the "e" and went on with life.  Over the past 20 + years, I've used it everywhere because it seems NOBODY spells it without the "e".  It's unique enough and I've grown quite fond of it.
