Shooting hiatus

I haven't shot much lately; just conserving on supplies even though I have enough for a while. Also, I hurt my shoulder (shooting side!) lifting something heavy over my head at an angle. That will take a while to heal.

My (our) age we'll have to stop lifting things with our arms, have to use brains, tricks and the simple machines.

Thanks all. I hurt my other shoulder a few years ago doing repetitious lifting with both arms straight out. That took 3 months to heal. I don't know if it is rotator cuff or pulled muscle/tendon. Whatever, it hurts!
