Mick, sounds like a dream job. I’m so jealous 😁👍 I can’t find any LGS that has open top or RM conversions where I live. I’ll bet your store has at least one or two of each.
We get them....though not as many as we'd like. Cimarron and Davidson's call us whenever they get them or any BP, they know we'll take whatever they have. We just got 2 78 Coach guns in last week, they both sold in 3 days. Open Tops and conversions usually go that fast too.
Since we get people from all over the world, it makes it fun to show them off. Many have never even held a gun before, so it's an education for them.
We do sell a ton of cigars too.....it's surprising. A slower day we'll move about $1000 or more. Honestly, that's the money maker for the store. New guns we barely break even on....used we do just a little better, so the cigars keep us going. Now if we could just sell dancing girls and booze it would be a lot more fun!
