More Bad News

I may be wrong but I thought all the bp and subs were made in Minden LA. I'm hoping they don't do away with Pyrodex. It's my go to powder when I don't have Swiss. At the rate I've been burning bp tho my 8 or 9 pounds of Swiss and Pyrodex will last longer than I do.

I'm hoping the same, Hawg. In all my years of shooting BP, I've honestly burned way more Pyrodex than black powder. I've dealt with corrosion issues, yeah...but overall, it works. And I like the fact it is non-progressive fouling.
I can't imagine why Hodgdon would kill the cash cow Pyrodex is.

I did see where they might be selling the plant. It's been plagued by explosions so that may have something to do with it. I like Pyrodex. It's more like Swiss than anything else. T7 costs twice as much.

I bought T7 yesterday locally $34.95. Pyrodex there was $24.95. Glad i was able to support a local small business 👍

Track of the Wolf "says" it has Swiss BP "Swis 3FG" in stock, minimum 25 lbs purchase at $37 per pound for a whopping $925 total, plus applicable fees of course?

Hope this works out ^^^^  but just in case I ordered some from Buffalo Arms today.  Their website lists 3F "in stock" both Goex and Old Ensford

Some have said they used it in reduced loads with filler.
I wouldn't, but that's just me.

I went down this black hole with the guy on the phone at Buffalo yesterday.
He lost his ever-loving mind, I redirected, and came back from a point of "20 grains vs 40, powder working smarter not harder" he lost it again. I then had to submit a thesis and this written out 1,000 times before they would process my order.
