Xmas and New Year coming up. Waiting for kids & gran'kids to arrive. Been planning the BP shooting lessons they want. Think of starting with flintlock pistol and follow up with Manhattan Navy (nice size). By the by, Merry Christmas to all of you !!!

And grandkids remember good things, for the rest of their lives.   They'll tell their own about it, too.  Plus, you're natural allies.  You each have that middle generation in common.  It's nice like that.     :happy-thumbs-up-050:

I cooked and cleaned all day in preparation for the family Christmas.   All 3 kids and 10 grandkids (they call me Grumpy) will be here tomorrow and Sunday.  Prime Rib dinner tomorrow and Green Chili (for burritoes) on Sunday.     It gets a little wild and very loud around here on holidays.

Merry Christmas everybody!

I've been cooking for days. Homemade ravioli for last night and Pozole for today. I'm plum wore out!!

Kids had their Xmas morning activities today and have busied themselves fooling around with all their new stuff.

I'm headed back to the kitchen now...................

Almost hit a mountain lion last night. Come around a curve to find him crouched in the middle of the road. I hit the brakes, he took off running.

After breakfast, we'll run down the hill to do a little grocery shopping. Later on I need to bake a batch of schiacciata.
